Daley blasts Quinn on pensions, wants AG's opinion on bills

Two days before Illinois legislators are scheduled to meet in Springfield in a special session to try to fix the state’s pension crisis, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bill Daley laid out his three-step plan to end the pension ordeal and also attacked Gov. Pat Quinn and Attorney General Lisa Madigan, his two presumptive opponents in the primary, on their roles in the pension impasse.
