Video highlights: Martire, Dabrowski sum up views on Illinois tax

The final segment from the Reboot Illinois/Citizens Club of Springfield tax forum features panelists Ralph Martire and Ted Dabrowski recapping their arguments about tax policy in Illinois.

The clip starts with Martire making the case that Illinois needs not just to move to a graduated-rate, progressive income tax, but also must revise its sales tax to include services as well as consumer goods.
