Go home and check your mail. No, not your email, your postal mail. What did you get? Coupons to a grocery store? A letter from grandma written in cursive? An offer to switch car insurance companies at a low, low rate?

Illinois state Rep. David McSweeney hopes in the near future, proposed changes to the Illinois Constitution won’t be one the things you find in your pile of snail mail.
